✨✨ planetary updates for you all today . Sleep at the moment maybe overrated ha ha .. 😂 I am certainly grateful for caffeine today. This snake shedding is really getting raw now and in its final process . The horse is pawing the ground ready to gallop on in ... 7 days to push. On that same day a new moon welcomes new beginnings on a Chinese new year 🎇🧧🎎😍🐴🔥.

A fab evening of some self care, meeting new faces and planting seeds for the upcoming year ... Even got to use my drum I made in Glastonbury last year for the first time.
Gilly from Gilly Shamanics held a lovely space for the men and women that attended. Highly recommend in okehampton.

Egos and judgement left at the door making way for a great evening.

Looking forward to putting together some workshops soon with some super special Facilitators.

Busy week continues with my amazing day job supporting female veterans. Back seeing clients at 42commando this eve, Off to the big smoke tomorrow, then Glastonbury Friday .✨
