Disc problems are a common issue that can improve pain and nerve symptoms with acupuncture and physiotherapy.

Herniated disks most often occur in the lumbar spine (lower back). This animation describes how a disk herniates and explains how it can lead to painful symptoms.

I am a Chartered Physiotherapist working in the private sector for 5 years treating patients of a variety of conditions and problems no matter how complex or basic. My motivation is to get you better. The service I am offering is a mobile service which means I can visit you in your home. Services on offer are Physiotherapy, Acupuncture & Massage (Deep tissue/ Sports/ Trigger Point/ Tuina (Chinese massage)/ Relaxation. Here is a short list of problems I can help you with: - Low back pain (Discs, Sciatica, non-specific Low back pain) - Neck Pain ( Discs, Nerve impingement, complex neck & shoulder related problems.) - T4 Syndrome + Costochondritis & Thoracic related problems - Arthrtis - De Quervains Syndrome - Rotator Cuff Injuries - Sports related Injuries - General Muscle aches & Pains - Morning sickness - Stress/ Depression/ Insomnia - Headaches & Migraines Plus Many other conditions... I am HCPC registered, Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) & Member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP). Working Hours- 7 days a week (9am to 7.30pm (final appointment)) Initial Consultation £40 + Full Assessment + Treatment for Physiotherapy / Acupuncture. Subsequent visits £35 These prices are only for the treatment in the Plymouth Area. Additional travel charges for places further away dependent on time and distance. Please contact to discuss this with me. 1st Session for Physiotherapy & Acupuncture is 1 hour & further sessions will be 45mins. Based on my Assessment & Findings, if I believe that a combination of Physiotherapy & Acupuncture will benefit you & with your consent for this treatment there will be no extra charges. If you have private health plan, such as Westfields Health, it is possible to claim through me or any work based health plan I can help you.
