We are a relatively new organisation based in Devon providing personalised support. Our mission is to change the face of services for vulnerable people and those at risk of exclusion. We relish working with people who have been labelled as 'challenging' and have much experience in this field having been set up on the back of Partners for Inclusion a Scottish organisation that has been working in a

n individualised, person centred way for the last 15 years. By individualising the service we provide we are immediately treating people with respect and putting the power of how they wish to live their lives in their own hands. This in itself goes part way reducing any so called 'challenging behaviour, which is a method by which people tell us they are not happy. Each person we support has their own staff team, employed by them and for them, they have a place to live that they call home and where they chose who, if anyone, they share this home with. Each person has an individual ring fenced pot of money which is used as an Individual Service Fund (ISF) to meet their needs and wishes. This might include to pay for staff support, to get short breaks, to join a club where they can develop skills and meet people or for anything else that might help them achieve a great life (good outcomes).

🌸✨ A Blooming Lovely Afternoon at Beyond Limits ✨🌸

We recently held a bouquet-making workshop in preparation for an upcoming special event 💐

The people we support and our staff spent the afternoon getting creative together, carefully arranging flowers and putting their own touch on each bouquet. 🌼🌷 The results look lovely!

These handmade bouquets will be used to decorate our venue for an upcoming party, and we’re looking forward to seeing everything come together. 🎉

Clair loves animals, especially dogs, and dreams of becoming a dog walker. She enjoys beach walks, the countryside, charity shop bargains, quizzes, and anything with an 80’s vibe 🎶 She’s looking for a kind, supportive team who can help her navigate the world, build confidence, and live life on her terms.

We had a wonderful time at our Easter workshop recently! 🐣✨

Staff and the people we support came together for a fun, creative afternoon filled with Easter arts and crafts, laughter, and teamwork. From colourful creations to getting hands-on making delicious rice crispy cakes, there was something for everyone to enjoy.

We also held an exciting Easter raffle, adding even more fun to the day. Congratulations to all our winners! 🎉

It was a fantastic way to celebrate the season, get creative, and spend quality time together💛

Alan is a friendly, easy-going man who enjoys board games, crosswords, volunteering, animals, ABBA, and is a huge Liverpool FC fan ⚽️ He’s looking for a supportive, positive team to help him thrive, maintain his independence, and navigate the world with confidence.

Ross recently ran some first aid sessions for the people we support 👏

The people we support and their teams got hands-on building first aid kits 🩹 practising bandaging and dressing techniques, learning CPR and other essential first aid skills ❤️

It was amazing to see confidence growing, lots of smiles, and everyone learning together 😊

A fun and educational experience that gave some really valuable skills 💪

🦒 Heather’s Lovely Day Out at the Zoo 🐒

Heather recently had a lovely surprise when her cousin travelled down from London to visit! 😊

Heather, her sister and her cousin enjoyed a fantastic day out together at Paignton Zoo. They spent the day exploring, seeing lots of different animals and enjoying some great quality time together.

It was a brilliant day out and a wonderful chance for Heather to catch up with her family 💚

🌸 We were thrilled to welcome the amazing ladies from the Plymouth Menopause Network to one of our wellbeing sessions recently!

The session, “Let’s Talk Menopause”, was informative, welcoming, and a fantastic way for our staff to learn more about menopause. 💬✨

Andrew had an amazing time trying axe-throwing recently and came in first place 🥇

Ross came in second, with the rest of the team close behind, making for some friendly competition 😄 Luckily Ross is tall and was there to retrieve the rogue throws that went a little off target 🤣🫣

Andrew can’t wait to have another go, what a fantastic day and a brilliant achievement 👏💚

Recently, everyone at Beyond Limits came together for a special Valentine’s x Pancake Day celebration ❤️🥞

Staff and the people we support gathered for great company, lots of laughs and a room full of Valentine’s themed decorations 💕✨ There was plenty of creativity on show with arts and crafts, as everyone enjoyed making their own handmade Valentine’s cards 🎨💌

And of course, it would not be Pancake Day without plenty of delicious pancakes 😋 We had a fantastic selection of toppings including syrup, chocolate spread, lemon and sugar, cream and berries 🍓 plus even some Marmite pancakes for those who like something a little different!

It was a lovely afternoon filled with friendship, creativity and community spirit 💛

Kayleigh recently took on an exciting challenge and smashed it 💪

Alongside her mum, Wendy and members of her team, Kayleigh successfully completed The Accused escape room at Escapism Plymouth.

From solving clues to working through tricky puzzles, Kayleigh and the team showed brilliant problem-solving skills, teamwork and determination throughout the experience. It was fantastic to see everyone working together to crack the case and complete the room.
