Hello! I'm an Advanced Trainee Gestalt therapist living in the York/Pocklington area. I have trained in Barcelona, Spain and am currently undergoing training in Scarborough. I am also a fully qualified clinical Hypnotherapist. I work with adults 18 plus in Pocklington and from my garden room at home. I love the therapeutic encounter, meeting you in the moment, wherever you are and journeying alongside you.

I currently charge £35 for a one hour session. I offer a free 20 minute initial consultation. I work in person and online.

The awareness project!

Hi there, I'm an Advanced Trainee Gestalt Psychotherapist. As part of my training and UKCP accreditation I have to build up a number of clinical therapy hours, which I am currently working towards. I am training at Scarborough Counselling and Psychotherapy Training Institute and have also undertaken training in Barcelona at Cercle Gestalt. At the heart of my practice is the commitment to honour your individual experience in a relational and present centred way in order for you to raise awareness of your personal process and heal. Therapy can be difficult at times but I pride myself upon being able to hold the ground and create a space for you to work safely with me.
