Positive mental health and wellbeing is the most precious gift we can give ourselves and those we care about. In the same way that we look after our physical health, we must remember to take care of our emotional and mental health, as the connection between our mind, body and spirit is crucial in our understanding of how we may manifest pain. All the family can benefit from holistic therapies and some are particularly helpful for children who may be experiencing emotional distress and anxiety.

When anxiety feels close, I sometimes turn to cards as a gentle way to pause and ground myself. 🤍

Recently, I drew one that read: “I am surrounded by angels.”

It landed deeply.

Angels have always been part of my life; symbols of comfort, protection, and quiet support. If you visit Wellbeing at Heart, you’ll notice them softly dotted around the room. They’re in my home too. Close friends and family lovingly call me “obsessed”… and perhaps they’re right. 🤍

But for me, they are reminders that we are held, even in uncertain moments.

That card felt like a soft reassurance. A breath. A steadying presence.

And sometimes, that’s all anxiety needs, a gentle reminder that we are not alone. 🤍

Growing into Abundance is an in-person workshop that explores the Law of Attraction as a practical life skill, not a quick fix promise or mindset trick.

This workshop looks at how attention, belief, emotional tone and action work together to shape what we experience over time. Abundance, in this view, is something we grow into - through alignment, consistency and self-awareness. This is Law of Attraction rooted in personal responsibility, nervous-system awareness and real-world application. No prior knowledge is required, just openness and curiosity to explore!

You'll learn how attraction works in everyday moments:
- how habitual thoughts set direction
- how emotional states act as signals
- how aligned action allows opportunities to meet you half way

Though grounded and reflective exercises with simple practices you can use immediately, we'll explore how to loosen scarcity patterns and create conditions where ease, clarity and support can emerge naturally.
