⚠️ Knee Pain Doesn’t Always Mean Damage!!⚠️

Current guidelines explain that knee pain often comes from sensitivity, overload, stiffness or weakness — not necessarily structural injury.
And the opposite is also true: age-related “changes” on scans don’t always cause pain.

With the right movement and strengthening, most people improve and feel more confident using their knee again.
