Do not let these thought patterns consume you, that is a sure way to allow them to rule your life. You know full well that obsessing does not help find solutions it just keeps you on the hamster's wheel. Sit, breathe and focus because you need to see the full picture, not just the illusion that fear creates. Journal if and when it is necessary but recognise and acknowledge these emotions and then apply logic and faith into the mix. Start paying attention to what is going right in your life and do more on that part of your life. Trust yourself and the Universe to be able to sort it.
