Had a wonderful couple of hours helping 2 wonderful charities. Nice to treat the parents who are going through some hard times.
The next one will need more nail techs so if you fancy donating a couple of hours let me know or contact the guys at either charity.

I'm Sam and run SA Sports Therapy. I'm a mobile therapist but also have a room in a salon.
I provide injury assessment, rehabilitation, massage and more.
I can also provide reflexology on your feet or hands, helping to aid better sleep, rebalance the systems in the body and help stress relief.
I'm fully insured, registered with both the Sports massage association (SMA) and Federation of holistic therapist (FHT) and DBS checked.

Clients ask me how I look after myself when I'm busy looking after them. Well this is my little retreat.
I've had a wonderful week off any work and this was my treat before Monday kicks off a busy week.
