I have my professional and personal view of anti depressants .....

Masking the root of the problem
Side effects
Lack of prescribers consideration to the patients personal circumstances
The £ size of the pharmaceutical market

I never judge clients who take medication because relief is a blessing, however I explain the ins and outs ...😊

If we get to the root of the problem and fix it, then do we really need the medication?

Environmental depression is inward anger. Either angry with yourself or someone/something else 🫥

Maybe your not feeling yourself. Low mood, loss of concentration. Maybe over eating or completely lost your appetite. Lost interest in doing the things you used to enjoy.. perhaps struggling to do the basic functioning of daily life 🥺

Something around you triggered these feelings and behaviours that are manifesting inside.

The doctors will probably just give you medication that puts a plaster over the underlying problem 😔 stop taking the meds and the issue is still there .

I have successfully helped lots of people through environmental depression so they can feel, behave and live their life the way they deserve to 💪

Panic attacks fuel anxiety. Constantly worrying about when the next one is going to strike, all kinds of intrusive thoughts telling you to avoid situations, people, places to keep yourself safe.
Eliminate panic attacks and your anxiety will subside 😊

Panic attacks dont mean you are going mad even though you may think you are 😊

We dont always know why we feel the way we do. Can't put our finger on it but just know something aint right 🤔

When you have anxiety it's so hard to see through to a place when it's no longer there. I know because I have been there 😔

However what I also know is there is a way through to living life without anxiety holding you back.

Those uncomfortable feelings inside, the endless uncontrollable worrying thoughts. Putting plans off or avoiding social events, thinking the panic attack will strike when you least want it to.... and everything else anxiety brings 😩
