As I start my day I do this meditation.
It’s relaxing and grounding and takes me right into my heart so that I can live the most joyful life possible ♥️

You don’t need to be drinking cacao, but it is lovely to do that at the same time.

Relaxing our body and heart and mind keeps us healthy. Bowen works like this too. Why not book a session with me this week?
