We are recruiting self-employed Emergency Response Drivers to join a highly committed team. You'll play a vital role in transporting human organs for transplant, specialist nurses, surgical teams, and patients to hospitals across the UK — helping save lives every single day.
🔄 Shift Pattern
4 Days On / 4 Days Off rota for better work-life balance
(Other rota options can be discussed to suit your needs)
💷 Pay & Structure
Self-employed basis
Paid per loaded mile
🚐 Role Overview
You will be required to collect Blood Samples, Organs for Transplant, and Medical staff and transport them to other hospitals when requested.
There are some unsocial hours and you must responded within an allocated time
No medical qualifications required – full training will be provided
High standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and reliability are essential
✅ Requirements
Full, clean UK driving licence
Minimum age 25 (for insurance purposes)
Previous professional driving experience preferred
Excellent navigation and time management skills
Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check
Based within easy reach of major motorway networks preferred
