Hello everyone just a polite message after yesterdays events I’ve decided that anyone who wants to book any appointment this will have to go through Locks&Lashes my business page not my personal account. As people need to understand if I’m not working I shouldn’t have to respond to their message especially on my private page! I’m always making sure I message people back and give myself 1/2 days to reply to messages. Whilst I’m working doing 10 hours in the salon I don’t have time to respond so messages can be delayed. If it’s important and needs sorting asap please ring on 07508707791

Also going forward Everyone is responsible for their own appointments and if you haven’t booked in that’s something I am no longer chasing up. It’s not my place to have to make sure your appointment is booked and if then I can’t get you in I’m sorry but that can’t be helped.

I have a really good clientele base who I’ve had for the past 6 years and never had to do this but I feel to protect myself and my business I need too.

In the new year I’m thinking of getting an online booking system that way you all book your own appointments and you can choose. And go of my availability ❤️

Thankyou to everyone who fully supports me and I’m very grateful for the clientele and new clients I have ❤️ if anything this little review has gave me the kick I need that I can’t please everyone and home life is separate and will be separate from the salon and I need to start being a little stricter on how I run my business ❤️
