I value each and every one of my clients and try my best to be accommodating to individual needs but please bear in mind that I am a small business. Cancelling at short notice does not give me time to try advertise and fill the empty space. This results in a loss of income for myself and my family. Please try to give as much notice as possible so I am able to rearrange my diary or offer the appointment to someone else 📅

I do understand that short notice cancellations are unavoidable in some instances however I have had an increase in people cancelling within 24 hours of their appointment during the summer months.
I am unable to reallocate these appointments at such short notice therefore I have had to make the decision to start charging for cancellations within 24 hours.
With any small business empty appointment slots result in lost income for myself and my family. Thank you for your underatanding. Julie 👣
