March is Prostate Cancer Awareness Month.

It’s important to know the signs and symptoms and to be checked, especially as risk increases with age. Most cases develop in men aged 50 or older and prostate cancer is more common in Black men.

Prostate cancer may show no symptoms for years and often develops slowly.

If you notice any changes make sure to contact your GP surgery.
