This is a personal post and I’m sharing this not for attention, but to help others who may be going through something similar. I know how isolating and overwhelming it can feel sometimes, which is why I’ve created a safe, calm, non-judgemental space through my massage
Through massage, it’s not just about physical relaxation, it’s about giving you time to breathe, reset, and feel supported. A space where you’re listened to, not judged, and where you can simply be yourself.
If you’re struggling or just need a moment of peace, please know you’re not alone. This doesn't just effect mum's but dad's and other family members and carers too.

Over the past few years, I’ve faced situations that no parent should ever have to go through.
I’ve had to protect not only my child, but myself, from behaviour that felt rooted in jealousy, control, and harm, the kind that can quietly tear lives apart, damage relationships, and create fear where there should be safety.
As a mother, my priority is simple: my child’s safety, health, and wellbeing come before everything. That means I will question things others might ignore. I will set boundaries others might not like. And I will walk away from anything that puts my child, or myself, at risk.
No child should ever be put in a position where their wellbeing could be compromised, whether that’s through unsuitable care, harmful decisions, or people overstepping their place. And no parent should be made to feel powerless when trying to protect their child.
I know what it feels like to feel isolated, questioned, and made to doubt yourself. But protecting your child is never wrong. Standing your ground is never wrong.
If you are going through something similar and feel alone, you’re not. There is support out there, even if it doesn’t feel like it right now. There are people who understand, who will listen, and who will stand beside you.
A mother protects even when it’s hard, even when it’s lonely, even when others try to break you.
And I will always protect my child.
