‼️MISSED APPOINTMENTS‼️

Last week a total of 47 patients DID NOT ATTEND their surgery appointments with our doctors and nurses.

Park Green :47
Southmoor: 3

This is total equates to 13 hours of wasted clinician time. 1 of which were with a GP or ANP.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact the practice at least 1 hour before your appointment.

Missed appointments will result in a letter being sent to yourself and potential removal from the practice list.
