So excited to announce that we will be delivering Contrast Therapy at next week and already we have most of the tickets sold out.
We will be brining with us the magic and power of FIRE & ICE delivered by Sauna Master - TeamGB & Arctic Ice Swimmer AKA Ice Viking.

We also will be bringing the Bath of ice baths to help cool you down between rounds.
