And huge thanks to for bringing our first anatomy sessions to life by exploring the incredible intelligence of the body and how it supports our asana practice.

A NEW PATH UNFOLDS
I’ve been putting the final touches together to my training manual which has been nothing short of a labour of love. Every page has been shaped with care and intention. With countless revisions and a deep commitment to offering a meaningful, practical and inspiring resource for our trainees.

This project has been a team effort. And a huge thanks to Jordan, whose design skills and attention to detail has brought the manual to life so beautifully.

It holds the Journey into Power sequence, philosophy, anatomy, reflections, and space for personal growth. I can’t wait for our gorgeous group of trainees to make it their own as they mark it with notes and highlights over the coming months.

WHAT’S COMING UP

AUTUMN VIBES 🍂
September has already arrived and as we begin the transition from Late Summer into the Metal element I’m feeling ready for those cozy Autumnal nights ahead.

More so than ever it certainly has that back to school vibe for me as I prepare for my 2nd academic year of study. With a crisp new timetable, and Yoga Teacher Training on the horizon kicking off in October it’s an exciting new beginning.

After months of pouring my heart, mind and practice onto the page I’ve created my first official 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training manual!

What started as scribbles, ideas and countless notes has grown into a resource I hope will inspire and empower every yogi in our training.

This manual isn’t just words and poses it’s a companion. It’s filled with visuals, thoughtful guidance, and the wisdom I’ve gathered through my own journey, designed to support you as you step deeper into your practice and teaching path.

Meet Dan aka our latest addition to 200-Hour Mentoring Team 💛

I’m thrilled to welcome Dan back to Wales (temporarily) on training weekends to deliver his teaching expertise in all things anatomy, breathwork and coaching!

Many of you will remember his powerful presence back in the day teaching vinyasa classes at my studio. You’ll know him for his thoughtful teaching and ability to hold space with both depth and clarity. His classes left a lasting impression on everyone who experienced them.

Dan was an integral part of our teaching team back then, so I’m thrilled we’ve come full circle and we’re welcoming him back!

Now he’s bringing even more wisdom and insight into our 200-Hour yoga curriculum.
