Selective volumisation 💉

This treatment focused on adding volume to the top lip only to restore balance, as the lower lip was naturally fuller.
Using Revanesse Ultra, we created a result that’s fuller, but still soft, natural, and in proportion with the rest of the face.

A beautiful refreshed and natural result for my lovely patient. ✨

Treatment focused on restoring midface support, which acts like a hammock for the under-eye area while also helping to soften the nasolabial folds. A small amount of tear trough blending was then used to smooth the under-eye hollows and refine the result.

I also treated the area beside the chin where early jowling can appear, creating a smoother transition between the chin and jawline. A touch in the chin helped to gently round and soften the profile, creating a more feminine and balanced appearance.

✨Beautiful Midface Rejuvenation for my lovely patient✨

In this session, we focused on the midface to soften the appearance of her malar bags and create a refreshed, rejuvenated appearance.

No filler was placed in the lower face here- this is something my patient may explore later. But as you can see, treating the midface alone also impacts the lower face and marionette area, gently lifting and softening these areas. Injectable treatments are a journey, often requiring multiple sessions to achieve the optimal result.

Those fine lines that appear when we smile- particularly across the cheeks- can become more pronounced when the skin begins to lose its structural integrity.

In this case, the dynamic cheek lines were largely due to reduced skin elasticity caused by collagen degradation. Factors such as intrinsic aging and lifestyle influences (including smoking and environmental exposure) can accelerate collagen breakdown, leading to dermal thinning and visible creasing with movement.

She wanted smoother, firmer skin- but without looking “done.” The goal was regeneration, not alteration.

✨ Transformation Thursday - Anatomy-Led, Safe & Natural ✨

This lovely patient came to me feeling unhappy with her under-eye area.
Before starting, we carried out an in-depth consultation, including a full medical history and a detailed facial assessment. This step is essential - under-eye treatments are highly advanced and require precise planning based on each person’s unique anatomy.

This patient also presented with malar bags, which are a swelling or puffiness that sits on the upper cheek, just below the lower eyelid, often along the cheekbone. This makes correct technique and product placement even more important, as injecting in the wrong area can increase puffiness or make the swelling appear more prominent.

The focus was on treating the deep supporting structures of the midface. By strategically restoring volume underneath the malar area, we were able to gently lift the tissues to help disguise the malar bag and reduce the mid-cheek groove.

Once this foundation was corrected, only small, precise adjustments were needed to refine the under-eye area safely and naturally.

This anatomy-led approach avoids the common mistakes that lead to overfilling, puffiness, or unnatural results.
