Wellness Walk this Saturday 29th November in Wentwood, Newport!

If you plan to join us, simply register on our community events page on www.tidybutt.co.uk

Meet us at 7:50am for an 8am start in the Cadeira Beeches car park on the Usk road at the top of Wentwood. Type Cadeira Beeches car park into google maps and it will come up. The car park is free.

There are a few little uphill parts but they are not steep- just a gradual incline.

This is not a race and we always take our time, it’s a relaxed and chilled walk- we start together and finish together 🙏🏻

Please bring-

Appropriate clothing
Suitable footwear (shoes optional!😉)
Good quality coat or jacket
Potentially sunglasses?! 🙏🏻😎
A smile 😊
Plenty of water

For Dads By Dads getting together last night at Grounded Coffee & Wellness.

Such a great group and live supporting and collaborating with these guys, we’ve been involved in the program for the last 8 cohort now and we love it.

that took part in the challenge, supported our cause, sponsored the event, donated money, donated their time and energy to help us with our mission. None of this would have been achieved without YOU.

THANK YOU to all 106 people that signed up 🙏🏻

Special thank you’s and congratulations go to our top fund raiser Sam Hutchinson who raised over £2000 solo. Amazing achievement!!

And to David Hobbs (70 years young! Last pic) who completed the challenge in 4hrs 34 mins in memory of his son who tragically took his own life in August 2024. Absolutely incredible effort to honour his son’s memory in this way. David’s dedication reminds us why our work matters so deeply and we are truly humbled and grateful for his contribution.

It really was an amazing day had by all and we really appreciate all the feedback received from everyone that took part. Our community really got stuck into the challenge for the day and then congregated back to celebrate. It really touches our hearts when everyone comes together with the same goal in mind- to help others ❤️

These funds will directly impact many lives of people in our community in a positive way through our counselling service. It gives people hope and provides light at the end of the tunnel.

Caerphillly Wellbeing Walk…on Sunday 16th Nov at 9am!

Meet us at 8.50am for an 9am start in the car park at Fforest Fawr, loads of parking available CF83 1NG what3words ///stress.sweep.stews

The walk will be a circular walk along forest paths, with a few little ups and downs. Well stop at a lovely viewpoint for a circle to share, and then continue our adventures along a sculpture trail…! It’s not suitable for pushchairs but kids are more than welcome and will love the dens, streams and sculptures! After we’ll likely still go for a coffee and some breakfast at Esquires or Mountain View bike park!

This is not a race and we always take our time, it’s a relaxed and chilled walk - we start together and finish together.

Please bring: appropriate clothing, suitable footwear, good quality warm coat or jacket, plenty of water, and a smile!!

Huge thank you and congratulations to one of our wonderful Tidy Butt Ambassadors - Jules, for running the Cardiff 10km and Swansea 10km in close proximity to each other and raising funds for Tidy Butt!

Her employer Admiral also kindly matched her funds raised so a total of £310 which will fund 5 counselling sessions via our counselling service.

WELL DONE JULES! Proud of you! 💜
