🚨 Appointment Update 🚨

All routine pre‑bookable appointments before 12th March are now fully booked. We are upgrading our clinical system between 12-18 March and during this period we will be seeing urgent cases only as we have no access to clinical records, prescribing or hospital links.

➡️ The next date to call and book a routine pre‑bookable appointment is 9th March.

If your problem is urgent and cannot wait, please call us on the day.

🚨 IMPORTANT NOTICE – Health Visitor Industrial Action: 23 February 2026 - 20th March 2026🚨

Due to industrial action taking place between these dates, we will not have access to health visitors at the practice.

Baby clinics for pre-booked immunisations and 8 week baby checks will continue to be provided by the practice and will run without support from the health visiting team members.

🚨 IMPORTANT NOTICE – Clinical System Change 🚨
We are switching to a new clinical system on 19th March 2026.
This change has been mandated by the Health Board and affects all GP practices across Wales.
📅 From 12 noon on Thursday 12th March until 19th March 2026, we will NOT have access to patient medical records.
During this time:
⚠️ Emergency on-the-day service only
⚠️ No routine appointments
⚠️ No access to test results or medical history

💊 Repeat Prescriptions
Eligible patients will receive double prescriptions in February and March to cover this period.
You should have enough repeat medication until after 19th March 2026.
After this date, please request prescriptions as normal.

🚑 If You Become Unwell
• Contact the surgery as usual for urgent issues
• Speak to your local pharmacist
