🚨 IMPORTANT NOTICE – Clinical System Change 🚨
We are switching to a new clinical system on 19th March 2026.
This change has been mandated by the Health Board and affects all GP practices across Wales.
📅 From 12 noon on Thursday 12th March until 19th March 2026, we will NOT have access to patient medical records.
During this time:
⚠️ Emergency on-the-day service only
⚠️ No routine appointments
⚠️ No access to test results or medical history

💊 Repeat Prescriptions
Eligible patients will receive double prescriptions in February and March to cover this period.
You should have enough repeat medication until after 19th March 2026.
After this date, please request prescriptions as normal.

Unavailable from 11th March – 19th March 2026

🚑 If You Become Unwell
• Contact the surgery as usual for urgent issues
• Speak to your local pharmacist
• Call NHS 111 for advice

📝 New Patient Registrations
We can still accept new patients during this time.
However, registrations completed between 12th–19th March will be processed after the system goes live.
