Now we’ve all gotten over Xmas and New year. Let’s make this year all about you for a change. I’m teaming up with Phoenix Fitness Gym once again to bring you the Menopause Health and Wellness Workshop. This is a repeat of the workshop we did back in august. We had an amazing turnout of over 60 ladies all looking to improve their menopause health and fitness. The feedback was great and we’ve been asked to bring it back for those of you that missed it first time around. We had a few laughs, a lot of great open conversations and a few tears . It made me so proud to stand back and see women who had never met until that evening chat about their experiences. I know a lot of you went on a fitness journey with Sarah from that point on.
