💕 Sharing in the community 💕

I’m always in awe of people that take the initiative and create something special to help others. And that’s just what the ladies at Cosy Circle did - starting a well-being group for people to get together, talk, share and have new experiences.

And I was delighted to join them last night to share a little about Neal’s Yard and the essential oils used in NYR organic products.

We certainly woke up our senses with a guessing game of essential oils and a variety of products using gorgeous aromatherapy blends.

I’ll be back with them in April, where we’ll be creating our own bath product to take away.

But I enjoyed it so much that I’ll be back at the group next week just as myself, to take a little time for me.

Are you struggling with a January/ post-Christmas cold?

Life is so busy that when we stop for a break, either for a holiday or the Christmas break, I feel like the cold and flu germs think it’s a free-for-all!

Top tip: I picked up a tip years ago, that a Eucalyptus salve rubbed on the souls of your feet at bedtime is great to help your breathing.

It’s also amazing to use on your feet if you’re peri/ menopausal and get too hot at night and struggle to sleep.
