Well the time has come ...
Pontypridd you were good to me for the past 10 years 💚 but now it's time to move on ...

I will be moving out from Pontypridd but the therapeutic yoga sessions will be continuing on a monthly basis at Trallwn Community Center Pontypridd

Next session is due on Saturday 25th October
10 am to 12 noon

There are few spaces left so please get in touch if you would like to give it a try

These are accessible, gentle sessions suitable for anyone

After a lot of thoughts & consideration I'm finally taking action

I want to offer a workshop/ community circle to all of you who feel the calling for such gatherings...

I decided to start slowly offering one gathering a month in Bridgend and Pontypridd

Pontypridd: 27th September 10 am to 12 pm
Trallwn Community Center (up to 14 spaces)

Bridgend: 28th September 10 am -12 pm
St John Ambulance
This is a smaller space so max 8 people

The first three months are donation based
