I will forever advocate for women who have to journey through Endometriosis.
March 2026 marks Endometriosis Awareness Month and knowledge is power. Thankfully we are gaining more and more access to information on this systemic chronic inflammatory disease. If you or someone you know suffers you may find this information useful and may wish to follow the individuals page.

A Beautiful Fresh Walk to Welcome in 2026.
Happy 111 Portal, with the Full Moon Energy Building Also 🤍
Last night we closed a 9 year cycle, old energy is leaving, new energy is coming in.
We leave Snake energy in February and head into the Fire Horse. The Snake cleared the way for The Fire Horse to move everything forward.
However it is still important to take your rest right now, it is the rest that gives us the energy to move forward with speed.
Do the things you love, spend time with the people you love, move your body in the way you love and spend time romancing yourself and your life once again 🤍

As I close down the space for 2025 I just wanted to take a moment to send Festive Wishes to you. It really has been the most wonderful year for AURA and I truly thank you from the very bottom of my heart for your support.
Whilst this can be a beautiful time of year it can also be a very difficult time. The pressure of the days to come can be alot to hold. Please remember to take time for yourself, breathe, relax the muscles of your body and do the things that make you feel joyful or safe wherever you can. You can make your Christmas exactly what you want it to be, however that looks. And to remember, you can feel many emotions at one time and that's OK.
For me, I chose to have more quiet moments this year, slowing down whilst I wrap and as I am alcohol free I am enjoying a lovely glass of Elderflower, soda water and fruit whilst listening to my favourite Christmas Songs.
It's never too late to create new traditions and small rituals that make you feel good.
Please take great care of yourselves 🤍

As 2025 draws to a close a wonderful soul chose to share some words regarding their own recent online Bio-Energy Healing Journey.
When I share client reviews, it is not for my own personal validation, for if you are familiar with any form of healing you may understand that I have indeed had and no doubt will continue to have many ego deaths in this life. The work, the space is created between both myself and the client, for it truly is those that step forward that take their power back and really do the work.
These words are shared to maybe spark hope in someone, intrigue, the idea that maybe there is another way. A certain phrase or word may resonate in someone as they consider maybe, also embarking on this fascinating journey.

As we draw closer to the end of 2025 and the end of a 9 year, its definitely been a time of reflection at AURA. We are in the final squeeze of a 9 year, a year of completion, reflection and release, the energies mixed with us entering the Christmas period can be alot for some. As always know that I am here to hold safe space should you need me. I am feeling very humbled to all that have trusted the space this year. For myself I am beginning to slow down in order to fully enjoy a Christmas that is authentic to me and mine. Taking time after work today to colour with my youngest child, I was reminded of the power of Mindfulness, The Evolutionary Art of Awareness.

Mindfulness is at the heart of my Trauma Informed Practice as well as the heart of Buddist Spiritual Practice. It allows us to cultivate loving presence, curiosity and insight.
Mindfulness and Meditation grow the frontal lobe and neocortical function.

Mindfulness allows us to begin to create a gap between reaction and habitual response (imprint/samakara).

Colouring is a popular and effective mindfulness activity as it grounds you in the present moment, reduces stress and calms the mind by focusing attention on the simple, repetitive task.

So this is your invitation to just take a moment for yourself sometime very soon 🤍

It can be quite daunting to consider the thought of online sessions, so when clients who were very nervous or skeptical at first then report they love their online sessions and really look forward to them it's worth noting.
Online sessions are just as effective as in person sessions, sometimes even more so as you may be more relaxed in your own surroundings.
They offer greater accessibility and convenience due to the elimination of travel time and geographical barriers.
They also offer flexibility in scheduling and continuity of care.
At AURA we offer Online Sessions for:

Endometriosis, the invisible hell!
For 20 plus years I navigated stage 4 Endometriosis, the pain, the fatigue, the heavy heart, the flooding bleeding left me at times feeling like no one would ever really understand and many times made me feel like a failure. Medications, operations, consultants and still it continued to worsen.
With Endometriosis flare ups a woman can experience bleeding in tissue all around the body not just the womb area. Endometriosis has also been found in the throat, nose, lungs, heart, bladder, calves, brain and re**um along with other areas. The pain can be unbearable as there is no where for the blood to go, resulting in high levels of discomfort and inflammation in the body.
Thankfully my body continues to heal, energy medicine was the key for me personally. However, I will never forget the pain and suffering. I thank my body daily for working so hard to protect me during those flare ups and to anyone out there experiencing a similar journey please know that I am here.
To anyone caring or loving someone navigating Endometriosis please understand, they may look fine but in truth they could be masking many many symptoms and energetically your love and care around the time of a flare up is invaluable. I remember the eye rolls, the comments, it's just a period, etc, when all the time my body was burning inside. So the offer of a heat pad, a rest, a massage, a warm bath and so on is so very powerful.
