Resting and integrating after this powerful weekend.
Throughout the prayers, the rattling, the cold water plunge in this stunning waterfall, learning the art of the beautiful Womb Wrapping Offering, the same song called to me.

Deep Calls To Deep ❤️

It can be quite daunting to consider the thought of online sessions, so when clients who were very nervous or skeptical at first then report they love their online sessions and really look forward to them it's worth noting.
Online sessions are just as effective as in person sessions, sometimes even more so as you may be more relaxed in your own surroundings.
They offer greater accessibility and convenience due to the elimination of travel time and geographical barriers.
They also offer flexibility in scheduling and continuity of care.

Endometriosis, the invisible hell!
For 20 plus years I navigated stage 4 Endometriosis, the pain, the fatigue, the heavy heart, the flooding bleeding left me at times feeling like no one would ever really understand and many times made me feel like a failure. Medications, operations, consultants and still it continued to worsen.
With Endometriosis flare ups a woman can experience bleeding in tissue all around the body not just the womb area. Endometriosis has also been found in the throat, nose, lungs, heart, bladder, calves, brain and re**um along with other areas. The pain can be unbearable as there is no where for the blood to go, resulting in high levels of discomfort and inflammation in the body.
Thankfully my body continues to heal, energy medicine was the key for me personally. However, I will never forget the pain and suffering. I thank my body daily for working so hard to protect me during those flare ups and to anyone out there experiencing a similar journey please know that I am here.
To anyone caring or loving someone navigating Endometriosis please understand, they may look fine but in truth they could be masking many many symptoms and energetically your love and care around the time of a flare up is invaluable. I remember the eye rolls, the comments, it's just a period, etc, when all the time my body was burning inside. So the offer of a heat pad, a rest, a massage, a warm bath and so on is so very powerful.

If we are meant to work together it will be, always know that I am here, should you need me.
However, I may not always be able to start immediately. For those that have expressed a desire to begin or go a little deeper on their healing journey in 2025 just to let you know I am now on limited availability until the New Year. I have only a small amount of appointments left Oct/Nov/Dec and I am booking for January onwards.
There is never any pressure, healing happens when it is meant to happen but I know diaries can be hard to combine hence the information.
Thankful as always for all the support and to those who trust the space.

Walking with Willow to Heal the Women Apprenticeship. Weekend 3.
The half way point of this deep Shamanic Training
Grounding this morning after another powerful and magical retreat with the Amazing Willow. Opening her home and her heart to myself and my beautiful colleagues who have become true friends and sharing her sacred teachings. Feel beyond privileged to soon be sharing this beautiful Womb Healing Ceremony.
Walking with women navigating Endometriosis, PCOS, Fertility Isssues, PMDD, Menstrual Issues, Sexual Trauma, Birth Trauma and so much more.
Truly wonderful to meet my drum, made on weekend 2, along with the other healing tools we created and connect even deeper.
Plus a stay in the Goddess room over the full moon/eclipse weekend felt like a special treat ✨️✨️
Willow, Crow, Emma and Jack ensuring we are safe, held and nurtured whilst also capturing the process 🤍

Wow what a summer it has been!
And what a wonderful session to end this working week on.
A beautiful client has been navigating PMDD and after just 5 Bio-Energy Healing Sessions spread over 8 weeks, the results are in.
Subjective units of distres scales are completed together on Session 1 and repeated on Session 5, monitoring symptoms.
0 = None
10 = Worst Imaginable
The results speak for themselves as always 🤍

It's been a very busy few weeks, fantastic to meet many new faces both in person and online.
Cleansing the space whilst admiring my flowers, beautifully gifted and brightening up the room.
My own holiday due to begin tomorrow, a time for me to rest and reset. Returning re energised Monday 18th August. All enquiries up to date have been answered but anything sent now will be responded to on my return.
