We will be dipping in the morning at 7.45 .
Meeting 7.40 at Hight Tide car park Porthcawl.

Looking forward to having a coffee and chat around the firs to warm up after. 🔥🔥🔥☕️☕️☕️( weather permitting)

It’s advisable to have cold water gloves/shoes if you have any as it’s getting pretty cold 🥶🥶🥶.

We are looking to order hats with Dewi Dippers on them soon, if interested please contact me. 🤗

Saturday the 13th December we have the cold water sea dip at 7.45 AM with the Hikitalo sauna booked from 8 to 9 AM . 🥵🥵🥵

Followed by a coffee Growandgrind & a chat around the fire. ☕️☕️☕️🔥🔥🔥

Christmas morning dip at 6.45 AM plus sauna booked from 7 to 8 AM.

Then join us for Mulled wine @ Mince pies ( apple pie & custard for Dawn Lawman s hubby Neil 😂). hopefully around the fire (weather Permitting). 🍷🍷🍷🥮🥮🥮

This is open to everone. Even if you just want to get up and out early and go for a walk along the beach, or just dip you feet in the sea. The benefits really are amazing for everyone’s mind health. 🧠🤯🧘🚶

If you keep saying I would like to do it then change your mind set from like too, “I’m going to do this”, it’s all mind over matter. 🤗🤗🤗
