Dewi Dippers are doing a Christmas morning dip at the usual location in Porthcawl. 🥶🥶🥶
Christmas hats optional for dip. 🧑‍🎄🤶🎅

We will be meeting at 6.45 am in The Hightide Porthcawl carpark.

We also have the Hikitalo sauna booked from 7 to 8 am.

After sauna we will be providing Mulled wine & mince pies around the fire ( weather pending) 🍷🍷🍷🥧🥧🥧

The Growandgrind coffee shop will also be open if you fancy a coffee too. ☕️☕️☕️

If you would like to join us to have the best start to the day please let me know so I have an idea of numbers for mulled wine/mince pies please. ❤️

Hi All
Just a reminder that we have our Dewi Dippers/helper’s Xmas party Friday 19th.
We have changed venue to Beddau Rugby Football ClubRFC. 🎄🎄🎄

We will be providing mince pies, mulled wine /cider & snack free of charge as a thank you for the support you have all given over the last year or so. 🤗🤗🤗

Xmas jumpers/tops optional. 🤶🧑‍🎄🤶

Obviously the bar will be open too. 🥂🥂🥂❤️

As you may or May not know, we are now a community interest group, big plans going ahead for next year to push the mind health in our schools/ community and surrounding areas to another level. 🙏🙏🙏

Please if anyone is struggling at this time of year or any other please reach out and a member of the group will always be happy to meet for a chat over a coffee or a walk, whatever suits you. Please DONT SUFFER IN SILENCE. 🤗
