Just a quick reminder: water is your simple super-power!
When you hydrate well, your digestion works more smoothly, your skin can radiate, your energy levels rise.
Especially on a vegan or plant-rich diet, you’re getting plenty of fibre, which means hydration is even more essential for digestion & gut health.
Try this: aim for your body-weight in kg × 35–40 ml of water each day (so if you’re 60 kg, that’s 2.1–2.4 L) remember to adjust for your activity level and the weather.
