YOGA MUM
I've not posted on here in agggeess. Life has got really busy again. The LIFE JUGGLE is back! 🤯
Playdates, dentist appointments, swimming lessons, homework, work meetings, debating with the husband over who gets out of bedtime to go to the gym or for a run, constant tidying now the prospect that someone can pop round and be allowed in 😬.
Although it feels amazing for life to be getting back to normal, the mum juggle has hit hard after a slower pace of life for so long. Yoga more than ever has been my saviour and sanity to get through the week, take time to move, breathe, FOCUS ON MYSELF, check in and feel like me. ✌️🧘♀️
Yoga by zoom was amazing in lockdown when we all stayed home, but is still running to allow MUMS LIKE YOU to join a yoga class from the comfort of your own home. You don't need to arrange a babysitter and all classes are times to fit in perfectly with bedtime (hopefully🤞🙈)
🧘♀️Tuesday 8pm Beginner's gentle flow. Relax and unwind, move your body, breathe and focus on self care to a relaxing and soulful soundtrack.
🧘♀️Thursday 8pm. We move, we breathe, we strengthen and build heat. Focusing on the core it is a multi level class with uplifting music to energise you, build strength and tone and make you feel like you again.

All you need is you, space to move and a laptop or phone.... I promise no one will see the washing pile or toy mountain in the corner of the room the other side of the camera 😉
