So, I did a thing today ☺️ I had a little ear tattoo, on my left ear — the side traditionally linked with the feminine, intuitive, receptive energy. I didn’t plan it for symbolism, but once it was there, it made perfect sense.

In sound work, listening is everything. Not just listening with the ears, but listening inwardly — to the body, to the breath, to the quiet guidance that rises when we soften.

With the winter solstice drawing close, this felt like a gentle reminder of the balance I’m always exploring:
the Divine Feminine and the Divine Masculine, intuition and action, softness and strength.

Ear work — whether in sound healing, ritual, or symbolic markings — connects closely with the throat chakra, the centre of truth, expression and hearing. This little tattoo feels like a seal of intention: to receive deeply, to stay open, and to keep honouring that balance within myself.

Maybe you’re feeling something similar as we move into the darker, quieter days — an invitation to listen more closely, to tend to your inner equilibrium, and to hear what your spirit has been whispering. Thank you 💖🙏💖

This seemed like a very apt post for today. I had a reading with the amazing yesterday and DE-cluttering was a big part of my message. Oftentimes December has become about people pleasing, and stretching ourselves to or beyond our limits.
