Held over the Spring Equinox — the true beginning of the spiritual new year — this is a non-yoga, deeply soul-nourishing retreat, created for rest, reflection, intention-setting and renewal.

Across three days you’ll experience:
• meditation & breathwork
• creative altar-making & intuitive journaling
• Spring Equinox fire ceremony
• evening gong bath (pyjamas welcome)
• closing cacao ceremony
• one Reiki session included for every guest
