Hey lovelies! Happy Sunday!

I’ve been promising to do this for months (soz). These are all the components of my morning potion. Here is a quick summary of each product:

Manuka honey
Elevate - combined marine and bovine collagen (plus vitamins)
Dirtea Cacao - raw cacao, Lion’s Mane, Tremella and Reishi mushroom
Kurk - liquid curcumin (turmeric extract)

Some of the benefits I’ve experienced are smoother skin, healthier hair and nails, reduced joint pain, less afternoon slump in energy and definitely better resistance to coughs, colds etc.
