From Friday 16th December up to Christmas Eve, 24th December, you can purchase your plants from us but leave them in our care ready for collection no later than 12 midday on Christmas Eve!! 😮

We know that hiding a big plant in the house until Santa arrives isn't exactly easy so we thought we would help you out! 🌵😀

Collection times are as follows:

- 10am - 12 Midday 22nd/23rd/24th December. Due to low staff we cannot facilitate any pick ups outside of these times.

There really is no excuse! Remember to let your family and friends know, maybe Santa will visit after all! 🎁

The adventure begins...

It was back in 2018 that I decided to change direction. The holistic world has been calling me for a long time, but everything had to fall into place first.

Experiencing the immense, restorative powers of holistic therapies, has only fueled my passion to share what I have learnt with as many people as possible.

The immense satisfaction I feel when I have helped someone to feel totally relaxed, balanced and restored, is immeasurable. Reflexology is just such a joy to give and receive.

My studying began with the ITECH, level 3, Anatomy and Physiology qualification, in which I gained a distinction. This was closely followed by my ITECH, level 3 Reflexology and Business studies. Being in my late 50’s this has been such a mammoth undertaking and a truly took me out of my comfort zone. I’m just so proud of myself...if I can do it, anyone can!
