When your identity is derived from thought the “self” feels like a story:
past experiences, future plans, judgments, fears, labels, successes, failures.
This narrative self is always unstable because thoughts constantly change.

When your identity is derived from awareness the centre of gravity shifts:
• You recognize that thoughts arise within awareness but are not who you are.
• The sense of “I” becomes spacious, quiet and present.
• Identity feels less like a story and more like a witnessing presence.

In many traditions, this shift is called enlightenment awakening, liberation or simply “waking up.”

Learn to enjoy life… love the old stuff, honour it , respect it, work on yourself 💓
