As well as private Studio Sessions, there are several specialist group classes:
*Stable Start to connect to your core, get you breathing effectively, strengthen your back and improve hip, knee, ankle and shoulder function. Monday 1:45/ Monday 7:15 / Tuesday 7pm /
*Precision & Flow for those with Pilates experience tackling some of the more challenging Pilates rep. Monday 6pm
*Bones and Balance specifically for the older person to improve posture, stand stall and strong, move with greater ease and reduce the risk of falls in the years to come. Classes are outside in the fair weather to enjoy fresh air and an extra boost of Vitamin D! Monday 3pm / 3:45 Thursday 9:30 /10:30
Private tuition in our new Studio on the Pilates Reformer, Cadillac and Chair allows you ease restrictions and build strentgh and range of movement without adverse impact on joints. I specialise in rehab work - foot, ankle, knee, hip, shoulder, back issues, working with specialist populations particularly over sixties (including osteoporosis), scoliosis, cerebral palsy and providing specific training for runners, cyclists, aerial. Pilates can compliment support from a physiotherapist, chiropractor, osteopath or podiatrist to help you get moving better.
