I am so excited to announce that I am starting a brand new weekly drumming group in Lilliput every Thursday.

My hope is that we can build a group of like-minded people that are ready to explore their inner creative souls.
Everybody is welcome - even if you have never even picked up a drum before!
The space is not for performance, but for connection and a time to go inwards and retreat from your everyday routine.

Just a quick reminder about tomorrow's Soundbath.

Tomorrow marks exactly one week since we moved into the Chinese New Year of the Fire Horse 🔥🐎

The Year of the Horse is known to be a fast-paced time of transformation. The added element of fire makes 2026 even more potent. In tomorrow's soundbath we will be harnessing this energy as I guide you through meditation alongside the sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, drums and the gentle wind gong: helping you to gallop with intention into the year ahead!

During February I am running a series of Lunchtime Soundbaths. This is a time to Release your stress, Rewire your energy system and Unlock your true essence.

As we transition from events of 2025 we move into the transformative year of 2026. Maybe you've already begun to feel a change in yourself?

Astrologically, 2026 is predicted to be a big one - full of spiritual awakening and expansion of human awareness! Exciting!

On February 17th the Chinese Year of the Horse begins - known as being a year for creativity, change and transformation!

During these sessions I will guide you through meditation and sound into a deep state of vibration. A place to unravel your inner thoughts and expand into your true potential.
