If you’re wondering can I?
The answer is …. Yes!!!
In fact, it is highly recommended to help relaxation and breathing, whilst building strength and stamina, improving posture, balance and flexibility in the process! 👌
The key is having a Body Control Pilates Instructor who is also a BACPR (British Association of Cardiac Rehabilitation) Instructor.
This six week course is the perfect addition to your weekly physical activity regime, whether you are attending Phase III or Phase IV.
Starts Wednesday 9th July, 11am.
£90 for the course of 6 sessions.
