What do I actually do for my own skin at 35?
I get asked this a lot, and the answer is simple: I focus on skin quality, consistency, and collagen, not chasing trends.
Two treatments I personally rely on:

BioRePeel chemical peels

Poly-L-Lactic Acid (PLLA) is not a traditional dermal filler. It is a biostimulatory injectable designed to work with your body rather than simply adding instant volume.

Unlike hyaluronic acid fillers that give an immediate plumping effect, Poly-L-Lactic Acid works by stimulating your own collagen production. Once injected, the product gradually encourages fibroblasts in the skin to produce new collagen, helping to rebuild structure, improve firmness, and restore volume over time.

This is why results with PLLA are progressive and natural-looking. The initial improvement you may see shortly after treatment is often related to hydration from the injection process, but the true results develop gradually over weeks to months as collagen forms. Because of this, patience is essential and outcomes tend to look subtle, balanced, and long-lasting.
