Seeing the reaction my patients have when they see themselves in the mirror and have that moment of recognition - ‘there I am’ - will never ever get old.

It’s been 9 years of Pro Skin, and I’m still as passionate about helping women to feel their best selves as I was when I started.

It’s been a journey, from starting out in my spare room, to opening my new space this year and becoming someone’s boss, I’m excited to keep growing and providing science-backed treatments that actually get results.

You can drink all the water in the world 💧 but if your skin barrier isn’t happy, that hydration will just evaporate!

So what should you do?

Focus on all layers on the skin by using products that contain humectants (like hyaluronic acid, glycerin), emollients (like ceremides, squalane, cholesterol), and if your skin barrier is really shot to pieces layer with an occlusive (like good old vaseline).

💥 YES or NO - My honest take on the most asked about treatments! 💥

You asked… I answered 👇🏼

❌ Sculptra – No. It triggers inflammation rather than truly treating your skin concerns.

✅ Filler – Yes (when expertly placed and used minimally). Subtle is powerful ✨

❌ HIFU – Not a fan. The results don’t match the hype.

✅ Sunekos – A huge YES! My current fave 💉 It hydrates, rebuilds and reduces inflammation 👀

✅ Microneedling – Yes! It works with your skin, not against it, to boost collagen naturally.

✅ IPL – Yes for targeted pigment and redness, it’s science-backed and effective.

❌ Hydrafacial – Sorry, no 😬 It’s more of a fad; there are far more effective facials for long-term skin health.
