Share your experience to help shape healthcare

Your experiences of the NHS matter and they can drive real change. The Patients Association works directly with patients to inform recommendations that influence health and care policy, hold decision-makers to account, and improve how services partner with patients.

The Association is asking for ten minutes of your time to complete its Patient Experience survey. It wants to hear about your experiences with NHS services over the last six months: what’s working well, what isn’t, and what needs to change.

Your responses will be used in a report to support the Association’s campaigning and advocacy work, helping to make the strongest possible case to government, the NHS, and policymakers for the improvements patients need and deserve.

We are working hard to reduce the number of Did Not Attends (DNAs) by trying to find trends and common themes. A big thank you to all our patients who have responded to our DNA questionnaire to help us understand why you were unable to attend and also to all patients who contact us to cancel no longer needed appointments.

The Patients Association is working with LBC Radio to understand whether patients are experiencing delays or difficulties receiving their test results and want to hear from you.

If you’ve had trouble accessing your NHS test results since January 2023, your experience could help support an investigation into what’s going wrong and where improvements are needed. They’re particularly interested in delays, unclear communication, or issues linked to new digital systems, staffing pressures, or lost results.

In order for Dorset Police to continue their work protecting the public, keeping communities safe and bringing criminals to justice, the Dorse Police & Crime Commissioner is determined to do all that he can to ensure the Chief Constable has the resources required to do so. That is why your views are so important. This is your police force, and it is right that you have a say in how it is funded. As your voice in policing, he will continue to press Government for a fairer, future-proof funding model for Dorset.
Please take a couple of minutes to complete the Precept Survey. Your views matter, and together we can help ensure Dorset Police remains effective, efficient, and focused on keeping Dorset safe.

We want to hear your views on AI (Artificial Intelligence) in health and care settings, how AI is currently being used in your health and care, and how you think AI should be regulated in the UK.

Your feedback will support us in responding to a call for evidence by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA). It is carrying out a consultation on how AI should be regulated when used in health and care settings to help inform the work of the recently established National Commission into the Regulation of AI in Healthcare.
