Its not just a festival - its a journey of energy, waving between relaxation, movement, excitement and nature.

Soulflow weaves between the natural flow of spring and the gentleness of mindfulness facilitators- encouraging release and awakening- steadfasting for powerful and energetic movement for the evening.

Friday we welcome marthatilston to set the tone - disconnecting from the hustle and bustle of the crazy world - and encouraging a deep stir in the soul. She connects us to the environment with folk songs of nature and the craziness of today's world. And to really shake off into the evening we have a jam packed Dj Line up Friday night including 💗

Saturday is a gentle wake up with kundalini yoga eith .tarach and a full line up of facilitators, whilst the young at Heart learn permaculture shamanism and delve into healing stalls and workshops. Closing with a great celebration of all things Beltane with fire drumming and acts. Vixens Tent will raise the vibe with and

Sunday it's a feeling free kinda day with workshops comprising of dance, African djembe Bournemouth African djembe drum class and soul singing
and to close the Souls Stage and .salisbury to earth us with a full in cacao ceremony 💗
