Hello everyone

I wanted to reach out and speak a little about bereavement and how i can help.

We go through some of our toughest times when we are bereaved, there so many emotions that arise, anger, sadness, guilt, loneliness, stress, some times we can feel empty or even not know how to feel, because the loved one we list was so dear to us, or there may have been circumstances that are creating different emotions for you.

I can help you in any of these circunstances, i am a trained bereavement counsellor and can provide a safe welcoming place for you to unburden.

I realise the financial climate at the moment is making people not able to afford the help they need at the moment, so i am offering my sessions at £30 and if you cant afford this then i will make a concession for you.

I don't want anyine to suffer in silence especially with grief and bereavement because with something so powerful, it's healthy just to bury it.
