This client had come to me with tingling down his left arm and into his hand so after an assessment we found he had left posterior tightness starting in his lower back and continuing to his neck.

After using a variety of techniques this client is now pain free and able to sleep the whole night.

Recently at Poole Performance Solutions we had this lovely lady who still competes at world national level for indoor sprints. Amazing & inspirational achievement!
As this is a running event we tailored her treatment to help improve this and work on troublesome areas.

Making the most of your treatment time

Here we have a regular client who plays a lot of hockey and has trouble with her calfs and Achilles so we are using acupuncture to stimulate the repair process while also massaging her neck back and shoulder to make the most of her time with me.
