Always starting with breathing exercises & finishing with relaxation. Sequence flow, stretching, balance and strength poses. BEGINNERS FLOW:
Tuesday evening 7-8pm

BEGINNERS-CONTINUATION CLASSES:
Tuesday mornings 8.00-9.00am
Thursday mornings 8.00-9.00am

MIXED ABILITY CLASSES, BEGINNERS PLUS TO INTERMEDIATE:
Monday mornings 6.30-7.30am
Wednesday evenings 6.30-8.00pm
Sunday mornings 09.30-11.00am

COMPLETE BEGINNERS 8-HOUR COURSE:
