đź’– The Parkstone Clinic Appointment Policy
We’re so excited to welcome you to our clinic! To make sure every client gets the best possible experience, we kindly ask that you read our simple booking policy below.
▪️Booking Your Appointment
To secure your appointment, we ask for a ÂŁ50 booking fee at the time of booking.
This amount will go towards the cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
▪️Changing Your Appointment
We completely understand that life happens!
If you need to reschedule or transfer your appointment, just let us know at least 48 hours before your appointment time, and we’ll happily move it for you — no charge at all.
If it’s less than 48 hours’ notice, your booking fee will be non-transferable, as it’s very hard for us to fill the space at short notice.
▪️Refunds & Suitability
Your comfort and safety are always our top priority.
If, during your consultation, it’s decided that you’re not suitable for treatment, your £50 booking fee will be fully refunded.
If you simply change your mind about treatment, the booking fee is non-refundable, but can still be transferred to a future appointment if you’ve given at least 48 hours’ notice.
▪️No-Show Policy
If you miss your appointment without getting in touch, we’re unfortunately unable to refund or transfer your booking fee.
