Bladder issues can be a real problem as we go through peri-menopause and menopause.
Keeping those pelvic floor muscles strong and flexible is a key part of winning the battle.
BUT fibre can play a key part too, in both it's ability to relieve constipation and therefore pressure on the bladder, but also it's ability to help to reduce overall inflammation, amongst other things.
