Bladder issues can be a real problem as we go through peri-menopause and menopause.

Keeping those pelvic floor muscles strong and flexible is a key part of winning the battle.

BUT fibre can play a key part too, in both it's ability to relieve constipation and therefore pressure on the bladder, but also it's ability to help to reduce overall inflammation, amongst other things.

Genitourinary issues are the focus currently in my Skool community.

But, it's a common misconception that pelvic floor exercises are the only answer.

There are lots of other simple things we can do daily to ease those issues, and possibly even make them a thing of the past!

Menopause is definitely not just about hot flushes. 🔥

You might breeze through without a single sweaty night, or daytime 'tropical moment' — but then suddenly you’re dealing with reflux, cravings that come out of nowhere, dodgy joints, low mood, brain fog, or even a mouth that feels like it’s on fire (yes, that’s a thing 🙃).

Hair and beauty products can be loaded with toxins that will interfere with our hormones.

This is something I've started to think about increasingly over the past few years.

Hormone disruption leads to an increased number of symptoms in menopause and an increased intensity in many of those symptoms 😳

Therefore, anything we can do to improve this situation has to be worth it.
