🌊 Holiday Pilates vibes 🌊
I’ve been enjoying some self practice Pilates in a beautiful studio at with stunning views across the bay where we’ve been windsurfing.

Inspired by my MK Pilates training, I’ve been combining flowing movements to strengthen and stretch, with the foam roller for gentle release. The perfect balance to keep my body moving well after days out on the water. 💙

Pilates really is the ideal way to stay strong, supple and supported – wherever you are.

A morning walk here in Greece 🏝️—taking time to move, breathe and enjoy the views. Daily walking is one of the simplest ways to look after our joints, balance and bone health, especially as we age.

Of course, I couldn’t resist stopping to admire the local cats 🐾. As a cat lover, it reminded me of our two at home, Timmy and Florence, who I’m missing lots ❤️.

🌸 This morning I enjoyed a brisk walk on holiday – the perfect way to start the day! Fresh air, gentle movement, beautiful flowers and stunning views all make such a difference for health and wellbeing.

Walking is one of the simplest ways to stay active, strengthen bones and boost energy – just like Pilates, it’s all about mindful movement.
