The Secrets of Holistics has truly been a labour of love. It’s been written from lived experience, years of study, and the many beautiful people I’ve had the honour of working with along the way. Health at Healing Touch...

Protein has been a game changer for me lately.
As a vegetarian I've often struggled to get my protein in which would leave me hungry ALL. THE. TIME.
I've recently really understood how important protein is and how it really helps with weight loss as it gives your brain the "I'm full up" signal.
Lately I will have a small tub of seeds, nuts and dried cranberries to nibble on through the day but this week I thought I'd change it up a little and make some yummy homemade protein bars. Recipe in the video 😉
