💜 PAY IT FORWARD UPDATE 💜

Together we have raised £450 this year in donations to go towards covering the cost of treatments for those in need.

I decided to match this amount and I have given away in total £900 worth of free treatments this year.

I am so blown away by the community effort to help those in need and it's all been down to you. I just want to say a massive thank you to each and every one of you who has so generously donated to the Pay It Forward scheme I run, which gives free sessions to those going through a difficult time.

Thanks to you, locals going through financial struggles, homelessness or simply trying to get back on track in life, have been able to enjoy a free session. For some people this is a stepping stone, for some it's what keeps their head above the surface when they feel like they are drowning in life. And for many it can be life changing - just to be seen, heard and cared about.

So I will do another final round up of the numbers at the end of this year before I do the prize draw of all those who have donated so one of you lovely people will win a free session as a small thank you from me for your generosity.

The far reaching impact this has had on so many lives has been incredible and I am so grateful to have the most wonderful, caring clients. Together we can do so much good to make this world a better place. So thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart and on behalf of all those we have helped as a community. You are amazing.
