If you know me, I’m a complete nerd when it comes to reflexology, foot reading, and understanding the messages our bodies are always trying to share with us.

I've always seen great healing abilities in Louise and just such a kind and genuine soul. I'm often asked after giving a luxury holistic facial about what's the best skincare routine. 🤔💆🏼‍♀️

Well it's like working out. You can't do a 30min workout once a month and expect to get a 6 pack and the body of Adonis. The more often you nurture and look after your skin, the more it will glow for you. (And i'm not talking of a greasy/oily glow but rather the dewy, soft kind of glow) ✨️

Ideally we'd do the whole skincare routine that I demonstrate in this video. Every single day. Yes. Every day. 😬
But realistically let's be honest, a lot of the time we just about have time to do a quick cleanse and slapp on some moisturiser.

A mini facial every day is what I usually aim for as it only takes a few minutes (cleanse, tone, moisturise, serum)..But if you did want to give your skin a real treat, these are the steps that I recommend to do when you have time for a full facial....

I'm pretty camera shy but your my favourites and you really deserve all the good secrets 😉🤫

Throw back to my very first business leaflet I made whilst in training which popped up in my memories today. I really didn't have any clue at the time how far I'd come with this business, a true labour of love, and it's really humbling to be reminded of where I started out.
Coincidentally, my 9 year old son looked me in the eyes just the other day and said "Mummy. I'm so proud of you and what you've achieved.". Aside from how eloquently he speaks always makes me burst of pride, these few words meant so so much to me as I've poured my heart and soul into this business to provide a better life for my family.

I've passionately and continuously developped my treatments and therapies over the past 6 years. Improving my skills, intuition and confidence, indulging shamelessly in my thirst for knowledge so I can give my very best to you. And of course overcoming a bunch of fun problems to solve along the way. Running your own business doesn't come without it's hardships but every twist and turn has taught me something new and made me stronger & (hopefully) better at what I do 😁.

This lady here (me) who was giving out treatments for £3 (or very often for free to build my experience)in 2019 has come quite a way and it's all thanks to each one of you who have shown such kindness and support.😁🥰
