Ellie and Kate had a great time last night having a crack at Hyrox! It was Kate’s first time and she loved it ❤️ It was certainly a bit different to her pilates though 😅 😜💪👊

We’ve worked closely with Charles for years and know how expert he is at looking after our patients. He loves to be active himself so he’s always keen to look at the best options to help his patients get back to doing what they love ⭐️

What a month!! Can’t believe we’re at the end of our first month in our new clinic with our full team - it’s been epic and we’ve loved every minute ⭐️
