📌 Booking & Consultation Reminder

Just a gentle reminder that all appointments must be booked using the details of the person receiving the treatment 🤍

It’s also essential that consultation forms are completed before your appointment.
These forms are required for:

• my insurance
• your safety
• tailoring treatments to your needs
• allergy & medical screening

If you’ve visited before, you’ll only need to complete the intake update form rather than the full consultation, unless it’s a treatment you haven’t had before.

I’m unable to access or fill these in on your behalf, so please ensure they’re completed before you arrive to avoid any reduction in treatment time.

If you’re booking as a gift or on behalf of someone else, please enter their name, email & phone number at checkout so the forms go directly to them.
