Team Leaders
Super Care Staff also known as Care Assistants
Our services are in high demand and we are looking for amazing people to help us continue delivering compassionate, high-quality care across Bournemouth and Poole.
About the Role of Team Leader:
As a Team Leader, you will play an important role in delivering hands-on care to our clients while also supporting and guiding our team of caregivers. Your responsibilities will include:
*Providing personal care, companionship and help with daily activities such as shopping and light housekeeping
*Overseeing and quality-checking the care provided by current and future staff
*Conducting spot checks and offering mentorship and support to other caregivers
*Completing new client assessments and introducing caregivers to new clients
*Being part of the on-call rota as the business grows
This role is suited to someone with previous care experience, excellent communication skills and a desire to develop within a growing and supportive team.
What We Are Looking For:
We are currently looking for English-speaking female candidates due to the specific needs of one of our female clients.
Applicants must also have:
*A full UK driving licence
*Access to a vehicle with business insurance
*Strong spoken and written English skills
*A genuine passion for care and a willingness to go above and beyond for our clients
*A positive attitude and a sense of responsibility
*Previous leadership or supervisory experience in care is helpful but not essential. We provide full training.
