Holistic living is a way of life for me and I am always looking at what different holistic approaches can be used so that the 'to do lists', quick pace and stress that life can bring become more manageable. For years Carla has used her knowledge and passion for Holistic Therapies to help others to relax, de-stress and reduce tension. Carla started her Holistic journey in 2005 and is qualified in Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Aromatherapy, Nutrition and exercise and Holistic Massage. Since then, Carla has extended her knowledge, experience and skills to qualify in other therapies including Hopi Ear Candle, Hot Stones Massage, Reiki and Baby Massage. Carla has achieved the Level 4 Certificate in Adult Education Training and will soon be teaching a range of Holistic Therapy Courses. Carla treats all her clients as individuals and all treatments can be tailored to your specific individual needs. Carla is an insured member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT).

This Reiki Level 2 course is the next stage on your healing journey and has been designed to give you the training and knowledge you need to become a confident Reiki healer.

By choosing to learn with me, you will receive:

• Support in your Reiki development.
• Gain confidence and learn in a safe, relaxed learning environment.
During Reiki Level 2 you will:
• Revisit and refresh your knowledge of your Reiki 1.
• Be introduced to the level 2 symbols (The power symbol, the mental/emotional symbol and the distant healing symbol) and the knowledge you need to practice and use the symbols.
• You will learn how to send distance healing to be able to heal others.
• You will learn how to clear and prepare a space ready for Reiki healing.
• Receive the Level 2 attunement.
• Receive guided meditations.
• Learn how to scan the aura, how to give treatments to others, get tips and advice on setting up your own Reiki healing practice.
• Plus much more.....

You will receive your accredited Reiki Level 2 certificate upon completion, this course is accredited with The International Guild of Complementary Therapists (IGCT).

This Reiki Level 2 course is the next stage on your healing journey and has been designed to give you the training and knowledge you need to become a confident Reiki healer.
If you want to set up your own Reiki practice, then you need to take Reiki Level 1 and also Reiki Level 2 as a minimum requirement to be able to get insurance or you may want to learn Level 2 to continue on your Reiki journey for self practice. Many people learn all the stages of Reiki to help in their personal life.

I am really looking forward to the "Mind, Body and Spirit Faye" on the 7th September. This is such an uplifting event......Details below 🥰 xx I will be there all day with Donna Maxine on our stall and we are also offering a informational talk during the day.

My talk will include "Manifesting with holistic methods" including crystals and essential oils. Sometimes when we struggle to manifest what we want in our life or feel like we are stuck or being blocked, working with different holistic methods, crystals and essential oils will really help you get your energy into alignment with your desires and also give your energy a boost in daily life. 💖 xx
